Not one of our “usual jobs” but all under the cleaning umbrella so to speak we decided to take up a bay window roof tile clean and seal job for one of our regular customers.
This job included a chemical wash down to kill any moss, algae, mould and lichen this then means that when we applied a sealer to the roof this wouldn’t grow back, we have seen countless times that when people just jet wash there roof then paint it themselves we find that even though it looks clean in fact mould and algae tends to grows back.
The sealer that we applied also stops any further growth of mould and algae in the future
